Frequently asked questions

Simple answers about what Versto builds, who it is for, and how the work usually starts.

What does Versto actually do?+

Versto designs and builds hospitality systems. That can include your brand, your website, your direct-booking flow, your internal dashboard, and the system your team uses to manage the business.

Can you build just the website, or do you do more than that?+

Both. Some clients only need a better website or a stronger brand. Others need the website, the booking system, internal tools, and the operational logic behind it. We scope the work to what the business actually needs.

Do you only work with hotels?+

No. Versto works across hospitality more broadly. That can include restaurants, boutique hotels, lodges, resorts, tour operators, rental-based businesses, and larger hospitality groups.

Can you help if we already have a website or current software?+

Yes. We can improve what is already there, replace the parts that are holding the business back, or rebuild the whole system if that is the cleaner path. You do not have to start from zero unless that is the right move.

Do I need to buy a bunch of monthly subscriptions to use Versto?+

No. The goal is usually the opposite: fewer rented tools, more control, and a system that fits your business better. There can still be normal costs like hosting or payments, but the business should not depend on a pile of unnecessary subscriptions.

Do you also handle branding and design?+

Yes. Versto can handle the visual identity, the website design, and the system design together, so the business does not feel like it was built by five unrelated vendors.

How much does it usually cost?+

It depends on the scope. Some work fits into fixed packages like brand identity or a booking-ready website. Larger custom systems are scoped around what the business needs. The pricing page shows the starting points.

How long does it take?+

Smaller projects can move quickly. Larger systems usually roll out in stages so the business does not get disrupted. We do not force everything into one big launch if that would create risk.

Do I need to be technical to work with Versto?+

No. You need to know your business. We handle the technical side and translate the process into plain language so you can make good decisions without needing to be a software person.

What if I am not sure yet whether I need a website, a system, or both?+

That is normal. You do not need to arrive with the perfect answer. Versto can look at how your business runs today and help you decide what should be improved first.
